I recommend EightShapes Unify. In my opinion, it is by far the most comprehensive set of documentation to produce wireframes, maps, flows, storyboards, plans, style guides, specs, usability testing reports, and prototypes. Great thing is, you can freely adopt the system and there are options to go deeper through their professional training and consultancy.
